Acrovyn Doors are impact resistant and are simply the industry’s most durable door.
Conventional doors don't stand up to daily abuse that doors in hospitals, schools and many offices are subjected to. Over time, standard wood and laminated doors become unsightly messes requiring constant repair or replacement. The Acrovyn Door System was designed to lookgood on day one and continue to look new for years to come.
The key to the door's durability is the rugged Acrovyn 4000 material that's laminated to the front and back of our door and is abrasion resistant and withstands 2,000,000 WDMA’s slam test (double the WDMA standard). Unlike standard wood or HPL doors acrovyn doors will not tear, chip or crack. To provide additional protection for a longer door life the stiles on an acrovyn door are field replaceable if they are ever damaged.
Choose from non-rated, 20, 45, 60 and 90 minute fire-rated and lead lined doors in a wide variety of sizes. Acroyvn Doors are available in 64 standard color options and 16 faux wood and metal options.
